Address Verification

Let's figure out on how to verify your address at Onedun!

What documents for address verification we accept?

• Tax bill (not older than 3 months);
• Bank statement with the date of issue and the name of the person (the document must be not older than 3 months);
• Utility bill for gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. linked to the property (the document must not be older than 3 months);

• A letter from a financial institution with proof of address;

• Any other government documents confirming the address (a court order, tax declaration, etc.);

Requirements for the document:

• Provide us with a photo, screenshot or scan of your document;
• On document is visible First and Last name, address and date of issue;
• Be sure that everything is visible, nothing is edited;
• Most of documents should be not older than 3 months;

How to upload a document?

1. Log in to your account;
2. Choose "Account" menu on the side bar;
3. Go to "Profile" section;
4. Click on "Verification"
5. Upload the documents to the required section;
